The Service provides a mathematically-inspired, entertainment-grade statistical calculator. The rarity numbers, verdicts, and dimensions generated by this Service are estimates for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as scientifically, legally, or medically rigorous facts.

2. Digital Purchases & License Keys

Purchasing a "Pro" unlock provides you with a cryptographic license key. This key grants you the right to generate unlocked reports based strictly on the parameters of the purchase. Keys are tied to the identity inputs submitted at checkout. Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, exploit loopholes, or maliciously share keys to evade the paywall is a violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate revocation of your license key without refund, and potential ban from the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and methodology on this website are the exclusive property of 1 IN ∞. You may print, share, and post your generated reports (including screenshots and PDFs) for personal, non-commercial use on social media. You may not resell, scrape, or commercially exploit the reports, data, or the underlying software.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATORS OF THIS SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
