Refunds & Cancellations

Strict No-Refund Policy

Because the "1 IN ∞" Pro Unlock is a digital license key delivered instantly upon purchase and provides immediate access to proprietary generated digital goods, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

Once a key has been generated and validated, the digital service is considered fully rendered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund or cancellation under applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed after successful delivery and validation of a license key will be aggressively contested. We log IP addresses and cryptographic validation signatures to prove delivery of the digital goods. Fraudulent disputes may result in a permanent ban from our services and reporting to the payment gateway.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a documented, unresolvable technical failure on our end.

• If you are charged but the payment gateway fails to redirect you or deliver a key.
• If your key fails to validate despite having remaining uses (as verified by our database).

If you encounter a technical issue, you must contact our support team at 1-in-infinity@proton.me with your Payment ID. We will first attempt to issue a replacement key. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be issued at our sole discretion.
